A new path...

https://www.facebook.com/More-Than-Paper-and-Ink-1632095486809957/ I’ve been meaning to start a blog for quite a while - how appropriate that my first blog post falls on my grandson’s second birthday and the card I want to share is the one I made for him! I used the eclipse technique, Stampin’ Up’s Zoo Babies, Large Letters, and Painted Harvest.  The card came together quickly but the envelope was another story!  Wouldn’t you think that would be the easy part?  Just didn’t have a big enough piece of paper!   this card is 11 1/2" x 4 1/4". If you want to try the eclipse method for any card, you’ll soon see how easy it is.  You can use any die – it doesn’t have to be letters.  Stamp your image, place the die where you want it and run it through your Big Shot.  Set the shape aside and adhere the rest of the cardstock to the backing of your choice, then use dimensionals to pop the shape up!  If you want your card front embossed,...
